GPX Camera Store Return & Refund Policy

At GPX Camera Store, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 3 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is made within this time frame and the order has not yet been shipped, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed accordingly.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Fees

In case of order cancellation or refund, payment gateway and bank processing charges may apply:

  • 3% of the order value for standard payment methods
  • 4% of the order value for EMI transactions or American Express (AMEX) cards
  • 5% of the order value for international cards

These charges are applied by the payment gateway/bank and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once the cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included
  • The product is not physically damaged

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products with physical damage
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

Please contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and assist you with the return or replacement process.

All products sold on GPX Camera Store come with 100% manufacturer warranty.

GPX Camera Store acts as a reseller, and warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and service policies.
